Lightning Strike in Amherst, NY Caused Fire

The customer was awaking by a large bang and realized her roof was on fire after being struck by lightning. The fire department used water and had the fire under control within minutes but it still caused extensive damage to the home. SERVPRO of Amherst-Clarence arrived at the home an immediately took action by moving out the customers belongings to a storage facility, started removing the wet debris, cleaned, deodorized with an ozone machine and set up drying equipment. The customer could not believe how fast the work started and how organized we were.
